This method is increasing power collection efficiency by developing a device that tracks the sun to keep the panel at a right angle to its rays. A solar tracking system is designed, implemented and experimentally tested. The design details and the experimental results are shown. TRACTING useable electricity from the sun was made possible by the discovery of the photoelectric mechanism and subsequent development of the solar cell – a semiconductive material that converts visible light into a direct current. By using solar arrays, a series of solar cells electrically connected, a DC voltage is generated which can be physically used on a load. Solar arrays or panels are being used increasingly as efficiencies reach higher levels, and are especially popular in remote areas where placement of electricity lines is not economically viable. This alternative power source is continuously achieving greater popularity especially since the realisation of fossil fuel’s shortcomings. Renewable energy in the form of electricity has been in use to some degree as long as 75 or 100 years ago. Sources such as Solar, Wind, Hydro and Geothermal have all been utilised with varying levels of success. The most widely used are hydro and wind power, with solar power being moderately used worldwide. 

Individual plant care cropping systems, embodied in precision farming, may lead to new Opportunities in agricultural crop management. The objective of the project was to provide high accuracy seed position. The results showed that the overall accuracy of the estimated plant positions is acceptable for the guidance of vehicles and implements. For subsequent individual plant care, the deviations were not, in all cases, small enough to ensure accurate individual plant targeting.

This Mechanical Project presentationis a model and a simplied version of the Kattwyk bridge. The bridge mechanism has been divided into 3 sections. The central sections lifts above , while the two side parts remain intact with the supporting angles. Agriculture Duster We are developed agriculture duster is new RND mechanical project. It is a common type of duster being used by the farmers. The duster consists of a hopper, fan/blower, rigid/flexible discharge pipe, reduction gearbox, rotating shaft to connect motor, and metering mechanism. The duster has mechanical agitator connected to the gearbox placed in the motor, which chums the chemical and prevent clogging of the outlet. The adjustable orifice plate mounted below the hopper outlet controls the application rate. For operation, the hopper is filled 1/2 to 3/4th of the capacity of the hopper. This is mounted on the frame work with the help of adjustable straps. The discharge pipe fitted with spoon type deflector is directed towards the target continuously rotating the switch on motor. The chemical in dust/powder form drops from the hopper in the discharge pipe having an air stream created by the blower. These dust particles emerging in, the forms of cloud from the discharge pipe are carried to the plant where these settle on the leaves, stems and other parts.
A traditional bicycle is a two-wheel vehicle that is propelled by the rider who delivers muscle power through pedals that rotate one of the two wheels. The rider steers the front wheel to create a force that returns and maintains the vehicle center of gravity into a stable zone whenever necessary, thus keeping the bicycle upright. An electric bicycle carries batteries that deliver electric power to a motor that is coupled to either wheel. In most electric bicycles the rider can chose to use muscle power to deliver all, part, or none of the propulsion power required to maintain an adopted travel speed. Some models even sense pedal pressure and command the motor to deliver more power whenever the rider pedals harder.

This machine targets the small scale farmers who have land area of less than 2 acres. This machine is compact and can cut up to two rows of soybean plant. It has cutting blades which cut the crop in a scissoring type of motion. It runs on diesel engine of 3HP, this power from engine, is provided through pulley and gear box arrangement to the cutter. A collecting mechanism is provided for the collection of crops to one side after cutting. This mechanism is also powered by pulley arrangement. This compact harvester is manufactured using locally available spare parts and thus, it is easily maintainable. This harvester might be the solution to the problems faced by a small scale farmer regarding cost and labor implementation. After testing this machine in farm it is found that the cost of harvesting using this harvester is considerably less as compare to manual harvesting.
